Recently, the sales team of CTMTC went to the factory for an in-depth and productive learning and exchange activity, aiming to enhance their professional understanding of non-woven line and spunlace line, and to inject new impetus into the development of the spinning machinery industry.
During the learning process, the overseas sales team of CTMTC systematically learned the basic theory and working principles of non-woven line and spunlace line through a PPT carefully prepared by the factory. After theoretical learning, team went deep into the production line of the factory to watch the operation of various equipment on site. On site, the factory technicians explained and demonstrated the operation process of the equipment in, which enabled the members to have a more intuitive and profound understanding of the equipment.
One of the focuses of this study was to visit the different processes of the spunlace and non-woven line on site. The products produced by the straight-lay spunlace line have a small weight and a large difference in tensile strength the longitudinal and transverse directions; the semi-cross spunlace line combs the fibers into a net by a parallel and a vertical combing machine perpendicular to the machine direction and the products have better thickness and longitudinal and transverse tensile strength; the full-cross spunlace line is formed by two nets from two combing machines entering two laying respectively to form a cross net, and its products have the best longitudinal and transverse tensile strength ratio. Through on-site comparison, the members deeply understood the differences in product and production processes between different spunlace lines.
Through this study at factory, the team members not only accumulated rich knowledge and practical experience in the field of non-woven line and spunlace line, also provided valuable reference basis for subsequent work, which is conducive to promoting the further development and innovation of the spinning machinery industry.
