On the first day of the training, CTMTC new hires visited and exchanged ideas at Zhongheng Dayao. Participants gained a systematic understanding of the enterprise’s digital industrial service model, and familiarized themselves with spot trading as well as custom spinning and weaving business systems for yarn, grey fabric and finished fabric. They held in-depth discussions over topics such as production process control, rapid order response and supply-chain operation management, and built up intuitive insight into business models featuring deep integration between the textile industry and digital internet.

On the second day, the trainee group proceeded to Wuxi No.1 Cotton Mill and Wuxi Hongda Textile Special-parts Technology Co., Ltd.. Inside the workshop of Wuxi No.1 Cotton Mill, the group observed the whole compact-spinning process on-site. They studied every intelligent working procedure from raw cotton opening and carding through ring spinning and winding, and acquired thorough knowledge of technical specifications and quality-control systems for high-count cotton yarn. At Wuxi Hongda Textile Special-parts Technology Co., Ltd., new hires focused on core textile-machinery special parts, with technical exchanges centering on friction false-twisters. In-house technicians elaborated on the operating principle of false-twisters, explained selection criteria for friction discs made of polyurethane, ceramic and other materials, and illustrated how disc configuration and clearance parameters affect yarn elasticity, bulkiness and hairiness indicators. CTMTC new-comers obtained first-hand knowledge of accuracy requirements, service life and on-site maintenance essentials for key textile-machinery components, further consolidating their professional expertise in textile equipment.

On the third day, CTMTC trainees toured Dasheng Cotton Mill. They were immersed in the smart-manufacturing setup of the automated spinning mill with end-to-end automatic conveyance, intelligent inspection and centralized control, and witnessed first-hand how intelligent transformation boosts production efficiency and optimizes manpower allocation within the traditional spinning sector. Afterwards, the whole group visited Zhang Jian Memorial Hall.

On the final day of training, CTMTC new hires visited two printing-dyeing enterprises: Jiangsu Redflag Printing & Dyeing Machinery CO., Ltd. and Huake Textile Technology CO., Ltd.. At Jiangsu Redflag Printing & Dyeing Machinery CO., Ltd., the team inspected operating printing-dyeing equipment, learning about technical features of mainstream printing-dyeing machinery, energy-saving & water-saving design concepts and equipment maintenance know-how. At Huake Textile Technology Co., Ltd., participants went through the complete production lines for printing, dyeing and setting in post-finishing processes. They exchanged views with corporate technicians on process routes for various fabrics as well as experience in developing and manufacturing functional fabrics, forming a comprehensive picture of technical status-quo and market trends in the downstream textile industrial chain.
