On July 7, 2025, CTMTC held a new employee orientation meeting for the class of 2025. General Manager Zhu Yingqing, Chief Financial Officer Tan Wei and other senior executives attended the event, warmly welcoming the newly recruited employees and engaging in face-to-face exchanges with them, extensively discussing topics such as personal growth and corporate development.
Firstly, the CTMTC organizational system elaborated on the company’s development history, organizational structure, business layout, corporate culture, and management systems, etc., helping new employees establish an understanding of the overall situation of the company.
Secondly, the new employees introduced themselves in turn, covering aspects such as their Alma mater, major, department they joined, and personal interests and hobbies, fully demonstrating the vigorous and energetic spirit of the new generation of young people. Zhu Yingqing, on behalf of the company, extended a warm welcome to the new employees and put forward three earnest expectations: First, aim high and set clear goals; Second, one should be both virtuous and talented, with virtue taking precedence. Third, keep learning and be proactive.
