CTMTC Organizes Factory Internship for Its 2026 New Recruits at Jingwei Intelligent

To help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with the textile machinery industry and gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s core products and production processes, from August 17 to 21, CTMTC organized its 2026 cohort of new recruits to visit Jingwei Intelligent Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. in Yuci, Shanxi Province for a five-day factory internship and training program.

Adopting a model that combines workshop observation, classroom instruction and hands-on frontline practice, the program was designed to help the new employees consolidate their professional foundations and strengthen their job awareness through direct engagement with the production line.

On August 17, the new employees departed from Beijing and arrived in Yuci, where, guided by the relevant personnel of Jingwei Intelligent, they first toured the ring spinning frame sample workshop, gaining an intuitive and systematic first impression of the products the company deals in. On the morning of August 18, the new employees attended a specialized training session on ring spinning frames in the conference room, during which the instructors gave detailed explanations on the structural principles, process flows and technical characteristics of the equipment. That afternoon, they visited the comber workshop, the rotor spinning equipment workshop and the false-twist texturing machine workshop in succession, observing production processes such as equipment assembly and commissioning on site. On August 19, the instructors continued with intensive classroom sessions, providing systematic instruction on the structures, performance and application scenarios of the three major machine types — combers, rotor spinning machines and false-twist texturing machines — to help the new employees build a complete knowledge system of the product portfolio. On August 20, the new employees went down to the factory floor for frontline internships. Getting up close to the production equipment and participating in actual production processes, they gained a deeper understanding of the full manufacturing workflow of textile machinery, as well as its quality requirements and manufacturing techniques. August 21 marked the final assessment day, bringing the internship to a successful conclusion.
