Recently, the technical training program tailor-made by CTMTC for the engineer team of its Indian agent officially kicked off. Spanning 10 days, the training covers technical theories and hands-on operation skills of POY/FDY filament lines, aiming to comprehensively upgrade the technical proficiency and local service capacity of the Indian agent.
The training integrates theoretical lectures, practical operation drills and on-site visits. On the first day, engineers from the Indian agent toured the workshop to gain an on-site overview of the whole manufacturing process. In subsequent sessions, CTMTC delivered systematic theoretical tutorials and hands-on training covering core modules including winder structure, step-by-step power and air supply operation, chuck shaft disassembly, assembly and dynamic balance calibration, pressure roller and parallelism adjustment, assembly of key components such as rotors, as well as parameter configuration of frequency converters. In the later stage of the training, CTMTC arranged site visits to end customers’ production lines for the Indian engineers, enabling them to integrate theoretical knowledge with real production scenarios and master core capabilities for equipment maintenance, operation and troubleshooting.

Through this technical training, the Indian agent has acquired a thorough grasp of core technologies for filament spinning equipment, which will allow it to deliver more professional, efficient local technical support and after-sales service to Indian customers and ensure stable and high-efficiency operation of production equipment.
